Still white wine from the Pescara Hills IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Ciavolich. 100% Pecorino. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Pecorino that celebrates the history of an Abruzzo family that has been producing quality wines since 1800, combining tradition and innovation. It releases delicate aromas of peach, citron, yellow flowers, honey, mineral notes, and ginger. Golden straw yellow. On the palate, it is soft and savory, creating a pleasant contrast that invites you to try again. The citrusy aftertaste is pleasant, accompanying a lingering savory finish.
