Château Clos de Boüard has a well-exposed terroir of 30 hectares in the commune of Parsac, historically renowned for the richness and quality of its exceptional clay-limestone soils. It is located close to the Grands Crus Classés and assimilated Grands Crus of Saint-Emilion: the châteaux Fombrauge, Laroque, Rocheyron, Croix de Labrie, Château Louis, Fleur Cardinale, Valandraud and Troplong Mondot.

The property benefits from a privileged biodiversity and eco-system with a strong presence of old vines. Investments are currently being made to restructure the vineyard in order to produce high quality wines with silky, velvety, fruit-friendly tannins, full of elegance, delicacy and freshness, wines that are the signature of the family's know-how and expertise.
