Description
Still white wine from Sardinia, Alghero DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Sella & Mosca. 2023 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the passion of two Piedmontese men who, in 1899, fell in love with Sardinia and founded this historic winery. Blend: Sauvignon and Torbato. Destemming, soft pressing; cold static decantation; fermentation 100% in new French oak barrels for both the Torbato and Sauvignon blends. Aged partly in stainless steel and partly in second-passage barriques for approximately 8 months. Intense, rich, and persistent aroma with strong hints of exotic flowers and fruit. Soft and enveloping flavor. A white wine that best expresses the characteristics of the Sardinian terroir, with a unique aromatic profile and a pleasant freshness.
