Description
Still organic white wine from Piedmont, 15% ABV, produced by Daniele Ricci. 100% Timorasso. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has cultivated vineyards in the Tortona Hills, on the Costa Vescovato, since 1929. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, with a brief 3-day maceration on the skins in stainless steel vats without temperature control. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel vats, then in bottle without filtration or fining. Bright straw yellow. Notes of citrus on the nose, accompanied by sweet spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and balanced, a white that best expresses the character of Timorasso.

The rest (3 hectares) is in Carezzano, where in 2022 Daniele started a new project together with his son Mattia, who was born in 1996 and represents the fourth generation. Read more
