Description
Still white IGT Campania, 13.5% ABV, produced by Joaquin Aziende Agricole. 100% Fiano. 0.75L bottle, 2018 vintage. A wine that expresses the soul of Irpinia, a land dedicated to excellent viticulture, with a winemaking process that enhances the characteristics of Fiano. It opens floral and fruity on the nose, revealing hints of broom and yellow rose, as well as citrus nuances, complemented by an endless array of tertiary aromas, composed of white pepper, bay leaves, camphor, honey, and vanilla, as well as hazelnuts, white mint, and talcum powder. It fills the glass with a beautiful, bright and intense golden yellow. Full-bodied on the palate, it is satisfying, persistent, intriguing, and extremely engaging right through to the finish.

The story began in 1999, when Raffaele Pagano decided to express his opinions on ancient grapes, starting to work on Fiano, Aglianico and Greco, the standard bearer of a territory, Irpinia, dedicated to the viticulture of excellence. Land, this, where the predominance of the thermal excursions, the volcanicity of the soil, the minerality, the peculiarity of the climate, favors high evolutions for white wines and where the cold of its hills generates reds of strength and extreme elegance.
