Description
What kind of wine it is
Trevenezie Sauvignon Blanc by Ca’ di Rajo is a white wine with an intense profile, made exclusively from Sauvignon grapes. The straw yellow glass with greenish highlights reveals complex aromas of pink grapefruit, pineapple and yellow pepper, combined with typical notes of tomato leaf. On the palate, it stands out for its enveloping texture, perfectly balanced by a lively acidic tension that ensures a very persistent finish. It is the ideal pairing for asparagus, vegetable soups and baked fish, such as sea bream.
Where it comes from
The roots of this wine lie in the heart of the Triveneto, within the Trevenezie region. The vineyards grow at around thirty metres above sea level, in a geographical context that encourages a defined and clear aromatic expression. The vines draw nourishment from sandy and clay soils, particularly rich in organic matter. This soil composition allows for a sip with excellent volume and continuity of flavour, while preserving the natural vibrancy and freshness of the grapes.
How it is produced
Harvesting takes place at the beginning of September to preserve the freshness of the raw material. In the winery, the process begins with a brief cold maceration of the grapes, an essential technique for precisely extracting the aromatic components. Afterwards, part of the wine matures for several months in barrels. This meticulous ageing choice provides an impeccable balance between the structural richness of the sip and its original vibrant tension.
History and Curiosities
The 2025 vintage of Trevenezie Sauvignon Blanc by Ca’ di Rajo, a vibrant IGT from the RAGGIO D’INGEGNO range, originates in the Triveneto region on sandy-clay soils. After the early September harvest, the grapes undergo a brief cold maceration, followed by partial ageing in tonneaux, which gives the wine greater richness and structure. A modern and elegant Venetian white that, through a convenient QR code, ensures maximum transparency regarding ingredients, nutritional values, and environmental sustainability.

The company uses the most innovative winemaking technologies, however, its modern facility and young team are located in a fascinating historical context, in an estate located within a medieval village. Symbols of the glorious past of the countryside that extends from Conegliano to Oderzo, the Chiesetta del Carmine, the neighboring Casa Convento and the Tower of Rai from the 14th century, stand next to a modern designed winery.
Ca' di Rajo has the great pleasure of communicating the awarding of diplomas by 5star wines to three of its best-loved wines, namely: 90 points to Valdobbiadene prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, 90 points to Iconema Tai Piave DOC and 93 points to Torchiato di Fregona. Read more
