Enveloping and varied fragrances. Sweet wood and liquorice over notes of blueberry jam, cassis and a spicy background.

Flavour

Powerful taste, decidedly tannic and played on a winking, spicy persistence. The balance is however centred thanks to the typical freshness of the vine.
