A Franciacorta that underlines the late Founder's love for signature bubbles. Made without using any liqueur d'expedition, it is a pure product, having been topped up, after disgorgement, only with the same cuvée from which it is made, with only a small dosage of 3 grams/litre. A high-end Franciacorta, very refined, defined, essential and dry. Ideal with fish and shellfish crudités in perfect Champenoise style. It can also be enjoyed at the start of lunch or dinner as an invitation to food. Each vintage year will always be in a limited edition.
