Very fast shipping, great collection and nice Sales.

Easy ordering, no customs issues and fast delivery, albeit by UPS to the wrong address. Thank goodness the visitors to a nearby house saw the boxes lying on a terrace about 200 meters from our house. Shame on UPS.

Xtrawine have an excellent selection of wine and I think it's a nice touch that they provide a discount, depending on the previous spend.
However, i can only rate them 4 stars because of the repeated issue I am experiencing with their chosen distributor UPS.
Whilst xrtrawine ship the wine quickly, the wine has been sat in a UK depot for over a week and this has now happened on 3 occasions.
When they used fed ex in the past, it arrived within 7 days.

Instead I am wasting time phoning UPS for updates and receiving generic delayed delivery messages, it's very frustrating.

I appreciate that is not directly Xtrawines fault but they are choosing to us a distributor who is impacting the customers experience, so much so, that I may have to order from another merchant next time.

Great selection of very nice wines. Would have been 5 stars if a better courier was used. I live in London. The wines were in the country at least 5-6 days before they were delivered. I cannot imagine how the wines can survive the warmer seasons for that long.

A few years ago, I rated 5 stars. Recently the deal is not as great as before.

And the Italian wine selection seems to be less, or the wines that I interested are less. Some of the wines are no longer available on your site.

Delivery very good. But I had one bottle that tasted off and there is no easy way to return it to.

It was Pian della Vigne - Brunello di Montalcino 2019

This also has happened last year with Il Poggione Brunello 2017.

It takes the edge off the value you provide.
