The Arminio Reserve is our homage to Arminio Valentini, who was the first producer of the champagne (classic) method in Trentino in 1899. This Trentodoc balances the elegant and artful structure of Chardonnay perfectly with the boldness of Pinot Noir during a maturation period of more than 60 month. At the dégorgement a small quantity liqueur d’expédition is added.

	Perlage Creamy, long-lasting and delicate perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow with brilliant golden reflexes.
	Bouquet Rich fruity bouquet with overlain notes of ripe apple, notes of dried alpine wild flowers, pastry crust and scents of typical and traditional Italian bakery.
	Flavour Directly rich and full, with a creamy perlage and nicely balanced between sapidity and freshness.
