" Our Brut cuvée reflects the terroir of Champagne with its three thirds of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The vineyards offer a diversity of grape varieties that we know how to skillfully exploit. We carefully selected the best grapes to create a fine and balanced champagne. 	Perlage Fine bubble.
	Colour Pale yellow.
	Bouquet Very expressive nose that shows almond, citrus, hay and flowers aromas. Complexity of the nose also reveals dried fruits notes.
	Flavour The mouth is vivacious and fresh in the attack, with grapefruits notes. The mouth is well balanced with a nice length with tart and chalk aromas.
