Ognissole Chardonnay 2016
In the heart of Salento, in Apulia Sava, born Ognissole, an estate of 50 hectares on calcareous and clay, which here take on the typical red color. A golden yellow color with straw reflections; nose delicate flowers such as lavender and orange correspond to the palate with a pleasant freshness and flavor. Particularly good with seafood and fresh cheeses.
