Soil composition	Loamy and calcareous soil with high contents of white Dolomite rock.
Harvest	Carefully handpicked between October 19 and 21.
Vinification	Native fermentation with yeast coming from the vineyards. On the skins for about a month.
Ageing	22 months of ageing, half in steel, half in a 500 litres wooden barrel. Bottled unfiltered.
Total acidity	4.80 gr/L
Residual sugars	2.10 gr/L
Production year	1,790 bottles
