A Brut Nature, with no added sugar, obtained from grapes of the best Franciacorta crus and the result of ageing on years for more than 48 months. Its decisive and irrepressible character makes it a wine of great depth and intensity.

Perlage

The perlage is fine and persistent.

Intense brilliant yellow.

Bouquet

To the nose is precise, hints of medlars and fresh almonds, slightly floral aftertones, worthy of great harvests.

Flavour

To the tongue is rich, dense, with a great personality. Citrusy aftertaste with a hint of almond, typical of Cabachon.

Climate Monte Rossa hill is part of the crown of hills on the south side of Iseo lake, hills which define the beginning of the sub-alpine area and separate the lake from the Po valley. The vineyards are therefore in an area of the pass with air streams developed from the thermal exchanges between the Po valley and Iseo lake.
