Maxime Blin Champagne Cle d'Eole Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2015
This cuvée was born from the birth of our first daughters, our twins Clémence and Olivia. Its name is is actually a combination of their first names. This cuvée, therefore, combines roundness and lightness, the result of the encounter between the sandy terroir of Trigny and ageing in barrels.
