R.D.O. Ponente Brut comes from a single vineyard with south-west exposure. This wine encapsulates all the elegance and finesse of the unique terroir of Ogliano, where its typicality is sealed by the light spicy note that evolves in a crescendo thanks to the wine's longevity.

Fine and persistent.

Colour

Straw yellow with bright greenish-golden reflections.

Bouquet

Fresh and various, with clear intense hints of bergamot, white mulberry, peaches, loquats, melons and acacia blossoms. Lemon balm, thyme, mint, and sage complete the rich aromas.

Flavour

Fresh, delicate floral fragrances enhanced by pleasant mineral hints. The long, well-balanced finish closes with a nuance of lime, ginger and spices.

Harvest By hand, with crates between the end of August and the beginning of September. Grapes undergo double sorting.
Vinification By gravity method. Vinification in white without the skins at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C.
Ageing The second fermentation and ageing on the lees, which generally last for 1 month, occur in autoclaves by selected yeasts at a temperature of 13-14°C. It is aged about 1 month before being marketed.
