Marc Hebrart Champagne Selection Brut 1er Cru
Champagne from Récoltant Manipulant in the valley of the Marne, in Mareuil-sur-Ay, village Premier Cru 99%, as to say, a breath from the Grand Cru. The producer, Jean-Paul Hebrart, is a true artist of elegance. A Champagne to drink on the Orient Express.

Perlage

Fine and delicate bubble.

Colour

Straw-yellow with golden reflections.

Bouquet

Nose that, at first glance, shows a beautiful cut apple and Williams pear, as well as floral blooms of acacia and lime. With the temperature opens to notes of ginger, gingerbread and malga butter (the yellow one from milk rich in beta-carotene, from cows who ate flowers), beeswax and balsamic hints.

Flavour

The mouth clearly denounces a terroir of very fine chalk that is perceived by the intense salivation. Cuvée with an elegant and at the same time very persistent sip; silky and spherical sensations combined with the vibrant acidity give great pleasantness.

From this winery:

Propriètaires - manipulants, the Hebrarts are a fairly young reality. They have only been producing since 1963, after Marc Hebrart purchased part of the vineyards owned by Lanson. From 1983 his son Jean Paul took over the management and from then to ...
