Colour

Intense amber color.

Bouquet

The nose reveals great complexity, aromas are intense and wide, there is plenty of yellow fruit candied declined in apricot and orange peel, and delicate hints of honeyed and minerals, cinnamon, pistachios and Catalan cream.

Flavour

In the mouth the delicious full taste but not cloying, balanced between sweetness delicious, savory and minerally, with a long finish, persisting and exciting.

Pairing

Excelent with amaretti biscuits or desserts in general.
