Named after the ancient Greek colony in Anatolia, home to the oracle of the same name, this is a complex, rich white with great aging prospects.

Colour

Golden yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Intense and curious with clear sensations of yellow grapefruit, bergamot, passion fruit and jasmine, arranged on a spicy canvas of vanilla and white pepper.

Flavour

Elegant softness, combined with an intense fresh-tasty vein which balances its structure.

Pairing

Wine suitable for large fish dishes, excels on bass, swordfish, and snapper, even in the most difficult preparations and fish soups.
