The Metodo Classico Le Rocche Malatestiane is a pure white Sangiovese vinified from our highest vineyards in the Verucchio-Torriana area. Here the Sangiovese is mineral and sapid and reaches levels of good acidity, indispensable prerequisites for the production of an excellent sparkling wine.
