The Verdicchio "Rincrocca" is the selection of the most important vineyard of my company. The vineyard is located on a hill, in Contrada Castellaretta, from which the wine takes its name.

Colour

Bright golden.

Bouquet

Typical olfactory profile designed by the varietal features of yellow peach pulp and fresh stone, flowering broom shrubs, officinal herbs with cereals and rich limestone mineral vein.

Flavour

The intense fresh savoury progression, well balanced by glyceric notes, makes the sip dynamic and along the finish rich in mineral and fruity echoes.

Soil composition Clayey-calcareous. Important the saline component, high presence of calcium carbonate in the soil, typical of the Castellaretta area.

Vinification Soft pressing, static decantation of must, fermentation exclusively in cement.
Ageing In cement vats for 12 months, bottling, ageing for another 12 months in bottle.
