A fine white wine obtained only in special years, the result of a late harvest of Riesling (Italic and Rhine), Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni grapes.

Colour

To the eye it is amber-coloured and warm.

Bouquet

On the nose it stands out for its vine flower and apricot notes.

Flavour

The delicate ageing in oak gives it an intense and characteristic flavour, very refined.

Pairing

Excellent with white meats, pasta and rice in tasty sauces, and with medium-aged cheeses.
