Lamelle was the first white wine produced by the estate. This special edition was born out of the desire to offer a dynamic and refreshing version of this wine, in order to be able to enjoy it all year long.

Colour

A brillant straw yellow.

Bouquet

Hints of white peach, apple and pear with an aroma of lemon blossom and hawthorn that lead way to nuances of Mediterranean herbs and lemongrass.

Flavour

Fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant a mineral and savoury note and a long, fruity finish.

Ideal for fish-based dishes, light first courses and fresh cheese.
