From the Ripe al Convento vineyard, at an altitude between 350 and 450 m, comes this wine, the result of a careful selection process that begins in the vineyard and continues in the cellar with the manual sorting of each grape. It is a Brunello Reserve with a strong personality and extraordinary longevity.

Colour

Deep ruby red with slight garnet hues.

Bouquet

The nose is characterised by notes of blackberry that quickly leave in their place intense and pleasant sensations of ground hazelnuts, rhubarb, and Cuban cigars. Spicy notes of black pepper, cardamom and walnut emerge, followed by fresh notes of thyme, tea leaves and juniper. Hints of underbrush and iodine in the finish.

Flavour

Entry on the palate is imperious, characterised by a dense and elegant structure well supported by a generous, full-bodied structure. The finish is markedly long and balanced.
