Soil composition	Medium-textured soil with the presence of stratified sands alternated with shales and rich in skeleton of alluvial origin mixed with limestone.
Cultivation system	Spurred cordon.
Harvest	In mid-September and mid-October with a selection of grapes.
Vinification	The carefully destemmed grapes are vinified in modern stainless steel tanks, with maceration of 4-6 hours on the skins at a temperature of about 5°C.
Ageing	The must is then moved into stainless steel vats to start the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
