Vinification After crushing, grapes undergo a first cold maceration phase. After that, the maceration lasts 3 days beyond the end of alcoholic fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation is fully carried out.
Ageing In barriques of first passage for 18 months.
