This Blanc de Noirs champagne comes exclusively from the first grape juice batch, i.e. the 'cuvée'.

Flavour

Buttery apple 'tarte tatin', tempered by lively acidity. Fine, silky bubbles. In this champagne, the Meunier is at its best.
