Arthur Metz Cremant d’Alsace Perle Noire Brut

Perle Noire is one of the jewels in the Arthur Metz crown. This refined wine of extremely high quality is made with only one grape variety: Auxerrois, a cousin of Pinot Blanc.

	Perlage Fine and lasting "bulles" in regular columns.
	Colour Golden yellow.
	Bouquet Reveals a complex aromatic bouquet over ripe fruit aromas of peach and apricot, exceptionally fresh. Subtly buttery brioche notes add a well-balanced finesse.
	Flavour Initially fresh and powerful on the palate. An appealing round and elegant volume in the mouth. A perfectly balanced acidity gives the wine a good length.
