Production technique We harvest our precious Sorrento lemons by hand. We peel the lemons very carefully to obtain only the delicate layers of peel. We leave these peels to cold macerate in alcohol, to transfer the essential oils of the peel into the alcohol. We filter several times and mix the lemon peel infusion with a filtered syrup of water and sugar.
