Scapegrace Gold Premium Dry Gin
Scapegrace was born in New Zealand from the friendship between two men who did not know each other until one married the other's sister. After a long year of reflection at a bar, together with a Sunday musician, they went into debt to produce their own gin.
Scapegrace's gins are made from 12 aromatic plants and pure spring water from New Zealand's Southern Alps: the aquifer that supplies the distillery contains rainwater that has been flowing through the layers for about 80 years, a very pure and hyper-filtered water.
The design of the bottle is modern and pleasant but takes its origin from bottles over 200 years old. The hint of gin is variegated by spices and roots that create a complex but balanced taste on the palate, it is not too alcoholic and lets you appreciate the care these guys took in mixing.
