Delamain Cognac Pale & Dry 0.5L

The aging of Pale & Dry is between 20 and 25 years old. Born in the 1920s, this extremely delicate Cognac is matured in relatively moist chais in selected Limousin barrels, which have already lost part of their tannins.

Colour

Light amber, very bright and clear with golden reflections.

Bouquet

Aromas of citrus jam and floral notes.

Flavour

It is very wide, with notes of vanilla and licorice. It combines fullness with lightness and harmony.

Delivery service has recently deteriorated. Two last shipments managed by UPS have been postponed several times. Pity, on time fast delivery used to be a strength.

Flamina the voice of reason

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
