The winery The winemakers of Santo Stefano is founded by two of the most important and well-known families in the Langarola wine production panorama, namely the Ceretto and the Scavino. The common intent is to exploit a grape with great potential, too often mistreated. The vineyards ranging from 6 to 40 years of age, are located at about 300-400 meters above sea level and cultivated entirely with Moscato Bianco, also called Moscato di Canelli. The approach in the vineyard is that of the least possible interventionism, as well as practices such as racking, clarification and filtration are reduced to the minimum terms, with the aim of fully preserving the exuberant expressiveness of Moscato and its immense aromatic heritage.
