Vincent Couche Champagne Chloe Nature
The extreme practice of biodynamics has led Vincent Couche to experiment with a label that was created without any added sulphites, the "Chloé". It is a Champagne Dosage Zéro born from a cut between pinot noir and chardonnay, which moves on an extraordinary progression of aromas, and which in the mouth lash the palate with freshness. In the cellar fermentations take place spontaneously, both in wood and in steel; the refermentation takes place in the bottle, as per the rule for the production of the champenoise method. The wine then remains on the yeasts and, at the time of disgorging, no dosage liquor or any sulphite is added. A label dedicated to all lovers of natural French bubbles, to enjoy a moment of pure ecstasy.
