An extremely versatile wine, it goes well with the whole meal with the typical Italian menu: mixed hors d'oeuvres, pasta with sauce, risottos, ravioli, pasta and beans, legume soups, grilled and stewed white meats, mixed boiled meats. Try it, slightly fresh, also with fish in guazzetto or with polenta and cod. |
