A classic Bordeaux blend, as a result of carefully blending the Company's grapes. This wine "Terre", which means "lands" in Italian, follows the footsteps of the "San Leonardo" wine. They both originate from the same terroir giving a great intensity and refined elegance.

Colour

Bright ruby ​​red.

Bouquet

Ample with a discrete persistence. When young, it is vinous with scents of ripe plum with a slight herbaceous background when ageing.

Flavour

The taste is dry, soft, and balanced with a pleasantly bitter end. Good aromatic persistence that expresses great elegance.

Pairing

Perfect with all meals. It pairs well with pasta dishes with sauces, stuffed pasta, grilled meats, white meats, and soft cheeses.

Harvest In October, once grapes have reached a perfect level of ripeness.
Vinification Destemming and soft crushing of the grapes with low sulphur dioxide content. Fermentation and maceration of the marc over a long period with repeated daily punch-downs. Cold racking of the must by natural settling.
Ageing 80% of the wine is aged for 18 months in large Slavonian oak casks of 60-hl and 20% in oak barrels for at least 6 months. It refines in the bottle for at least 6 months before marketing.
