Bouquet

Velvety in the opening with notes of pink pepper, smooth tobacco leaf, and leather. Ethereal and round with notes of sour cherry, plum, and apricot infused with ripe cocoa and clove together with impressions of walnut, cedar, and sandalwood in the finish.

Flavour

Youth and soft in the opening with mineral and bitter notes in the finish. A dry and austere wine with fruit in alcohol notes combined with sweet tannins.

Pairing

Fine dishes such as chicken and duck paté, stuffed snails, white meats and vegetables. It also pairs with medium-aged cheeses and spiced fusion cuisine.
