Sparkling wine obtained from a particular cuvée of white grapes, Catarratto and Grecanico, coming from the vineyards of the Tenute Orestiadi.

	Perlage Very fine and continuous.
	Colour Yellow with green reflections.
	Bouquet The bouquet is fruity and floral with gentle notes of green apple.
	Flavour The taste is dry, fresh with green notes, synonymous of youth.

I always use Xtrawine and the service is always good There appears to have been a change this time around with the wine sent direct from Italy. Previously orders on the .co.uk site came from London so arrived much quicker. This means delivery takes a bit longer although the packaging was much better than before. Overall, a great selection of Italian wines from an excellent seller.
