In the heart of Salento, in Apulia Sava, born Ognissole, an estate of 50 hectares on calcareous and clay, which here take on the typical red color. Ruby red with violet hues. The nose has clear and intense notes of red fruit (raspberry and cherry). Good structure, full-bodied, soft and persistent. To combine with red meat and mature cheeses.

Ageing The wine is aged for 1 year in stainless steel vats in order to have it matured without loosing its fresh and fruity character. Finally it is released after a few months of bottle ageing.
