Nicosia Etna Bianco Monte San Nicolò 2019
Produced from indigenous Carricante grapes, with the addition of a small percentage of Minnella, coming from the vineyards of the area of Monte San Nicolò, about 550 metres on the south-eastern slopes of Etna, this white wine of great expressiveness presents a wide bouquet of floral and citrus aromas, notes of pear, gooseberry and ginger. In the mouth, it reveals a full and harmonious taste, great freshness, minerality and persistence. It goes well with salted or baked fish, shellfish, and fried seafood, but also with soft tasty cheeses, white meats and orange duck.
