A Prosecco wine with a strong, original and eclectic personality, which stands out for its lively, bold and intriguing notes. A distinctive wine embodying Masottina's style.

Perlage

Fine and persistent.

Colour

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

A wide range of fine and distinct hints of medlar, Williams pear, tangerine, Golden apple and green apricot together with elegant nuances of linden, hawthorn, lily of the valley, iris, cedar zest and magnolia.

Flavour

Pleasantly balanced acidity and a complex, though subtle, character. Full, tasty and persistent with a lively finish of creamy bubbles and hints of bitter almond, grapefruit, and flint.

Pairing

It pairs with steamed scampi with lemon zest, mussel and potato salad, prawn and asparagus tagliatelle or a classic Italian dish of spaghetti and clams. Delicious enjoyed with grilled swordfish, a monkfish casserole or a herby braised chicken with sage and thyme.
