A masterpiece of wine from selected grapes, the richest of the Pinot Noir grape variety that has found in Maso Martis soil optimal for planting, matured on the lees for at least four years in order to enhance the body and perfumes.

Origin	Pruning - organic fertilization biennial / triennial - tillage in alternate rows - drip irrigation as needed. Organic cultivation with ICEA certifi cation
Vinification	It runs a hand-picked into small crates; immediately following a pressing puffs there the whole grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, processed separately. Pinot Noir is vinifi market only in steel while the Chardonnay must ferments and affi na in barrels for about eight months before the draw. Then takes the careful preparation of the cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero are 30% and 70% and bottling with the addition of selected yeasts.
Ageing	After staying on the lees for a period from 52 to 60 months, it runs the manual riddling and then disgorged and bottled.

I always use Xtrawine and the service is always good There appears to have been a change this time around with the wine sent direct from Italy. Previously orders on the .co.uk site came from London so arrived much quicker. This means delivery takes a bit longer although the packaging was much better than before.
