Altitude: 600-850 m a.s.l. Exposure: North-East. |
Soil composition |
Morainic, loose, sandy on slopes. |
Vinification |
Refrigeration of the grapes, whose clusters are then gently pressed. It then follows a 12-day fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 16°C. |
Ageing |
On the lees for 1-2 months. |
Pairing |
It pairs well with appetizers, first courses, flans, fish dishes, white and red meat, and medium-aged cheeses. |
