Vinification	The ancient tradition of vinifying Teroldego using the rosé technique has been handed down to this day. After a very short fermentation on the skins, the wine is aged in stainless steel for a few months.

I always use Xtrawine and the service is always good There appears to have been a change this time around with the wine sent direct from Italy. Previously orders on the .co.uk site came from London so arrived much quicker. This means delivery takes a bit longer although the packaging was much better than before.
