The Traminer site is located at apr. 300 meters above sea level facing south and therefore is very exposed to the sun. |
| Soil composition |
The soil is fairly sandy and has a good drainage which allows the harvest of healthy grapes of perfect ripeness without noble rot. |
| Vinification |
4 to 6 months on the lees, 1/3 in 500 l oak barrels, 2/3 in stainless steel. |

Goose liver paté, roast duck with cherry sauce, duck á l'orange, wildfowl, curry-dishes, medium-highly seasoned dishes assorted cheese with pear chutney & nuts, dessert with fruits. |
