Sourced from a select vineyard, the grapes are cultivated without the use of herbicide.The first fermentation is accomplished with naturally occurring yeasts present in the grapes. Produced without malolactic fermentation, this wine imparts extensive length with an elegant finish while providing exceptional cellar ageing potential.
