Colour

Deep ruby.

Bouquet

It begins with clear notes of cherry in alcohol, sandalwood, eucalyptus and ash. Followed by gentle floral hints of violet and wild rose with dark spices in the background.

Flavour

Silky in the opening followed by a defined and cohesive structure. The finish is tasty and almond-flavoured, evoking liquorice.

Vinification Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Maceration is carried out at a controlled temperature of 24-26ºC for 8 days. Pumping-over is carried out every 6 hours for 10 minutes.
