Bouquet
After a parade of great Chardonnays, the olfactory approach completely changes register to offer, still in a dry and fresh context, sweetness of fruit that goes as far as strawberry grapes, hints of bread and the typical acidic note of Pinot Noir.
Flavour
The attack on the palate is very nice, soft, with a very fine bubble (which, indeed, is somewhat of a characteristic of the producer) that opens up to fruity returns and a refreshing acidity that is still fruity. To be honest, it does not yet appear to be a perfectly integrated wine, as it is more broad than deep, but it is undoubtedly very tasty.
