De Martino Organico 2009
Here’s a fresh tasting wine from Chile that’s made with organic grapes – hence the term Organico. De Martino are one of Chiles’ leading wineries in the pursuit of ecological practices and were the first carbon neutral winery in the country. This wine mixes up the structure of Cabernet with the scintillating spice of Malbec. Expect a wine of black fruit, cassis, tobacco and peppery spice. The palate is long and perfectly framed by textured tannins.

Colour

Purple-colored.

Bouquet

Elegant floral notes lended from the Malbec combine with aromas of tobacco and spice typical of Cabernet.

Flavour

On the palate, the acidity and freshness are prominent but are balanced by soft, round tannins.
