Cà Rugate Studio 2018
Studio is the name of a wine but it is also the study of a wine. A study of research and experimentation around two varieties of typical grapes of Soave's territory: Trebbiano di Soave, and Garganega. A study started several years ago, which led Ca 'Rugate to reinterpret these two native vines. If behind the elegant and perfect moves of a classical ballerina are years of exercise, so too testing and passionate commitment are behind the scents and the fullness of the Studio, years of research, experimentation and tenacious enthusiasm flow.
