This wine was developed strictly within the rules of the Champagne tradition, with the addition of red wine to white wine with a variable dose depending on the vintage.

	Perlage Beautiful cordon bubbles.
	Colour Pale pink.
	Bouquet Notes of red fruits tend cherry and raspberry.
	Flavour On the palate, we appreciate its lightness and liveliness.

Pairing

Good as an aperitif and goes perfectly with a glass of slightly sweet strawberries.

I always use Xtrawine and the service is always good There appears to have been a change this time around with the wine sent direct from Italy. Previously orders on the .co.uk site came from London so arrived much quicker. This means delivery takes a bit longer although the packaging was much better than before.
